Order Processing Time


All orders take about 2-24 business hours to process and ship out. Normally, we will ship out same day orders by 5PM PST everyday. All packages will ship Monday-Friday. Weekend orders will be processed and sent out the following Monday.

  • When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification which includes a tracking number.

Please note: Tracking numbers often take up to 24 hours to be recognized by carriers. If you attempt to track your order and the tracking number returns a non-trackable message, please try again later as your tracking number may not have yet been fully recognized by your carrier. 

Free Ground Shipping (U.S Only)

FREE shipping for online orders over $99 is ONLY valid on orders placed online via www.sabersales.shop and shipped via Ground. Excludes sales tax. All orders must be placed and received by 3pm local time. Orders shipped via any other common carrier may require additional time for delivery. May not be applied to past purchases. Excludes back-ordered & pre-ordered items. Not valid on orders outside of the contiguous USA, on orders 22 lbs. and over, and on certain Pre-Ordered items that have their own shipping charges which cannot be waived. Orders requiring special handling (e.g. lift gates) do not qualify for free shipping. Excludes Truck Line Only Items.

LTL, Truckload & Pallet Shipments 

  • It is very important that you verify your pallets and shrink wrap before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading. If you notice any damage or discrepancies make sure to notate them on the Bill of Lading before you fully accept the merchandise. Make sure to also take pictures of the condition of the pallet. Failure to follow these instructions will significantly lower your chances of receiving any compensation from the freight company.
  • Make sure that you are able to receive a 53' truckloads at your location.
  • Most residential neighborhoods will not allow semi-truck deliveries. If this is the case an additional charge will be added to transfer pallets into a smaller truck for delivery.
  • Make sure that you are capable of unloading the truck. You will need to either have a forklift or pallet jack to unload.
  • Please notify your sales representative if you require a phone call prior to delivery.
  • Residential pallet deliveries to a residential address may require a lift-gate to lower the pallets off of the truck.
  • Deliveries are usually dropped curbside or at a loading dock. Drivers will not bring your pallets into your storage space or garage without charging an inside delivery fee. Be prepared to break down the pallet and manually bring your items inside.
