• IMPAC Top Coat is a waterproofing coating that is specially designed with micro insulating cells to decrease maximum of 50 F° surface temperature (on the most heated hours during the day) over the roof surface , passivating heat and reflecting sunlight.

• This coating provides with heat insulation on horizontal and vertical outdoor at the same time that builds a waterproofing flexible seamless membrane and also works as a finish for some other waterproofing systems as ( BUR) , easy to apply, water base, cool roof

• Can be used to improve and extend over 5 years the waterproofing service life of existing modified bitumen rolls by applying a two coats over top as finish rolls by 2.5 gall/ SQ
