The PVC Schedule 80 Union is constructed from high-impact PVC for extra strength and durability. This union is used to join two pipes together when there is a need to be able to easily take the pipes apart again. The male and female union sections cement or glue onto the smooth pipe ends and then the union is screwed together to form the joint, without needing the pipes to turn. The union is equipped with 2-inch slip connections and can be used on water lines up to 140° F. Constructed with EPDM rubber gaskets for a tight, leak-free connection. Lead-free for potable water applications. NSF certified.
