Proper alkalinity levels in your pool help reduce pool maintenance. The granulated formula is simple to apply and dissolves fast. Test and balance your pool weekly to maintain clear water, longer lasting equipment, and comfortable swimming. Maintaining proper pH of 7.2 to 7.6 is not only easy, but can save your summer. If pH is too high, swimmers will suffer from red eyes and itchy skin, chlorine cannot disinfect water effectively and water becomes cloudy. If pH is too low, corrosion can ruin surfaces and equipment and water will burn swimmers nostrils and eyes. We have a 30-day return policy on most items. Some items do not qualify in the 30-day return policy. Please check the items description or specifications to determine its eligibility for a return.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants). We also do not accept returns for appliances, HVAC systems, paint, water heaters, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases etc.. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
