Project Source PS-WHL-GAC provides multipurpose filtration in large diameter housings. Designed to help protect your home's water using applicances and fixtures from the negative effects of sand, soil, silt, sediment, dirt, and rust in your home's water supply, this filter also contains carbon to reduce off tastes and odors. Designed to fit Project Source housings (PS-WHL-H), provides protection in homes requiring higher flow rates (3 or more bathrooms). This "universal fit" filter can also be used in many other manufacturer's standard filter housings like AO-WH-PREL and WHKF-DWHBB, formerly availble from Lowe's. Used in the incoming water line to filter all of your home's water. In addition to filter options that specialize in particulate reduction, Project Source also offers designs to reduce sediment and improve taste.
